How to Use the LaundryCat App at LaundroMax

Getting started with LaundryCat takes just a couple of minutes. After that, laundry day becomes tap → start → done.

  1. Download the LaundryCat app
    Search for “LaundryCat” in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and install the app on your phone.
  2. Create your account
    Open the app, sign up with your email (and/or device login), and follow the on-screen instructions to finish setup.
  3. Add funds to your mobile wallet
    Add value using a debit or credit card. Once loaded, your balance is ready to use at LaundroMax.
  4. Connect to your LaundroMax location
    When you’re at the laundromat, open the LaundryCat app and select your store (e.g. LaundroMax Holbrook, LaundroMax Heber-Overgaard, or LaundroMax Eagar). Make sure your phone’s NFC/tap-to-pay setting is turned on if the app requests it.
  5. Load your washer or dryer
    Add clothes and detergent like normal. Find the machine number label on the front of the washer or dryer.
  6. Select the machine and start your cycle
    In the app, choose the matching machine number, confirm payment, and follow the prompt to start. If needed, briefly hold your phone near the reader, then press the physical Start button on the machine.
  7. Track your cycle and get notified
    Watch your cycle timer in the app and turn on notifications so you’ll know the moment your laundry is done— no more guessing or waiting around.
